Contrast Management-Consulting supported GWS – a integrative production facility with more than 400 employees – in  a very difficult period of restructuring. The socially and professionally highly skilled team of consultants identified the difficult situation and the management deficiencies quickly and provided vital information for the supervisory board from the results. This analysis was the origin of a modification of the management team and a new orientation oft the GWS company.  We have assigned Contrast for a second project as a follow up to support our interim management with the restructuring measures. Together with the consultants we were able to make GWS a stable company again.
