As one of the key global producers of premium microphones and headphones we assigned Contrast with the preparation of selling a part of our business (telecommunications) on an international basis. Eventually the acquisition by a Scandinavian corporation was successfully managed and completed. We were particularly impressed by the high individual commitment and the high quality standards of the Contrast consultants as well as the high knowledge in M&A transactions, which are key requirements for an international transaction like this.
