As one of the key global producers of premium microphones and headphones we assigned Contrast with the preparation of selling a part of our business (telecommunications) on an international basis. Eventually the acquisition by a Scandinavian corporation was successfully managed and completed. Contrast Management-Consulting was assigned with the conception of a management cockpit for the entire Middle and Southern Europe (MSE) region. The developed information system for board members & division heads was implemented in SAP BW and successfully rolled out for Top-Management in MSE.
