We assigned Contrast to develop a strategy and merger concept for three regional Raiffeisen banks. Consequently the organizational and personnel change management was of high interest aligned with the new strategic positioning. The consultants of Contrast showed profound expertise, high dedication and the right instinct feeling. Our complex task was fulfilled well beyond our expectations. The merger of the three bank units was eventually realized as the largest cooperative primary Raiffeisen bank of Austria.
