Christian Horak works at Contrast Management-Consulting as partner and head of the de-partment of Nonprofit and Public Management. He is lecturer at the Institute for Strategic Management and Management Control and at two MBA programs (Social Management, Health Care), Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Most of Thomas Klein’s time is dedicated to public sector reform initiatives aiming at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of government institutions. He has served a wide range of clients including federal and multilateral institutions, private foundations, NGO’s and social corporations in Austria and neighbouring countries.

Prior to joining Contrast, Thomas worked with an international Nonprofit organisation, where his focus was to design and implement capacity building projects in the Western Balkans.

Recently, he helped to launch an NGO, which is about to introduce an internet recruiting tool for volunteering, and serves on its Executive Committee.

Thomas holds a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has received extensive training in Change Management.
